Approach
Established in 2009, the Taleem Initiative is a multi-pronged, community-based program to promote higher education among first-generation students so that they may become the first in their families to go to college.
Taleem Initiative recruits, trains, and equips highly-qualified college students and college graduates to serve as instructors, mentors, and role models for our college preparatory programs. Our annual summer programs are minimally comprised of:
